Shirley Igwe Speaks On Being ‘Sacked’ By Governor Okorocha
Nollywood actress Shirley Igwe who once served as the Principal Protocol Officer to the Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha has had her fair share of controversy in the entertainment industry. Topmost of it is was the controversy that she was sacked by Gov. Okorocha after she left the government house.
In a recent interview, the actress debunks these claims saying that she was never sacked and rather her time of service was an amazing experience which she enjoyed. She said she decided to opt out because of she wanted to follow her passion which is filmmaking and that since her exit, she has been acting and producing.
On her style, the beautiful actress dished that she wears whatever fits her body type and she is not one to follow trends. She said she has never cared much for what is in vogue but rather goes for what suits her.
She further dished that the occasion she is attending determines her choice of outfit. Shirley disclosed she is a sucker for wristwatches, perfumes, hair extensions, shoes and bags and spend quite a lot on them.
It would be recalled that during the time she served with Gov. Okorocha, there had been some unfounded rumours that she was romantically involved with the governor.
