Susan Peters Writes On Love, Relationship And Marriage
Actress Susan Peters in a lengthy post has shared her view on the issue of love, relationships and marriages. The actress makes it known that she has discovered love doesn’t guarantee the success of a relationship.
According to her, love cannot help you stick to one person all years round, and on the other hand, cheating isn’t always a product of not loving your partner.
She went on to say that loving someone doesn’t guarantee not falling in love with someone else. Susan expressed that relationships work out mostly because of our head not our heart.
It works out because of our emotional maturity, empathetic intelligence and self discipline because, time will come when one will better people than one’s partner.
During these times, love will not help but self control, emotional intelligence and commitment is what she believes will help.
On the issue of marriage, she writes that even happily married couples sometimes meet better people than their spouses but understanding that commitment is greater than feelings is the great arsenal that do destroy the impulse.
Susan Peters said building a relationship takes absolutely more than what attracted you to a person and takes more than love. She concluded by asking people to find that one person and committing to the person.
